First Data decided to relocate its TeleCheck headquarters to Sugar Land after a comprehensive evaluation of other regional opportunities.

Memorial Hermann is the largest not-for-profit health system in Southeast Texas, Memorial Hermann has 12 hospitals and numerous specialty programs and services conveniently located throughout the Greater Houston area.
Memorial Hermann Two major expansion projects are currently underway at the hospital; the construction of the Medical Plaza 2 and the construction and expansion of the new patient tower. The $15 medical plaza is scheduled to be completed by December 2015, while the patient tower is targeted for completion in the summer of 2016.

Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital is licensed for 243 beds, has 18 operating rooms and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging with specialized Centers of Excellence in cardiology, neuro-sciences, oncology, orthopedics, women's services and urology.
In October 2013, Methodist Sugar Land Hospital announced plans to expand its current facilities by building a six-story tower that will increase the bed count to 339. Methodist plans to start construction on this project summer 2015 with completion early 2016.
CVR Energy, a diversified holding company primarily engaged in the petroleum refining and nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing industries, employs approximately 1,300 employees nationwide and had $9.1 billion in net sales revenue in 2014. CVR is headquartered in Sugar Land.
Added approximately 11,000 square feet and is in the process of adding an additional 5,000 square feet in Sugar Land Town Square.

Noble Drilling Services is a leading offshore drilling contractor for the oil and gas industry. It has maintained offices in Granite Towers in Sugar Land since 2001. In addition, Noble houses its corporate aircraft at the Sugar Land Regional Airport.
