Avalon - A 427-acre waterfront community of four neighborhoods and more than 70 acres of lakes. Custom and semi-custom homes ranging from 2,200 to 6,500 square feet priced from the $200s to $1 million.

Colony Lakes - Abundant waterfront property surrounding the beauty of a private nature preserve. 628 master-planned home sites with homes priced from the low $100s to the mid $200s.

First Colony - Extensive greenbelts, lakes and landscaped boulevards pave the way to a private country club, athletic fields, lakes, an aquatic center, 3.5 million square feet of retail and 2.5 million square feet of campus and garden-style offices. Currently home to 16,799 houses, apartments and town homes with 17,200 projected. Home prices range from the $130s to more than $1 million.

New Territory - Major amenities include four recreation centers, 8.5-acre Pecan Park, seven lakes and 450 acres of greenbelt and jogging trails. The 2,300-acre community is home to 3,000 families with 4,500 projected. Home prices range from the upper $130s to $1 million.

Riverpark - Direct access to more than 163 acres of Brazos River-front property, set aside as a natural park with densely wooded trails, wildlife reserves and open meadows that border the river. The 790-acre community features homes priced from the $120s to the $250s.

Sugar Creek - Two private country clubs with 27-hole and 18-hole golf courses, community park, playground, pool, banks, churches and restaurants. The 1,200-acre community is home to 1,592 households. New housing prices range from the $130s to $1.9 million.

Greatwood - 2,050-acre master-planned community with large, mature pecan trees, one of Houston's most beautiful 18-hole golf courses, 45 acres of lakes with fountains and waterfalls. The community includes more than 3,000 homes and 90 acres of commercial development. New and custom homes are priced from the $140s to more than $1 million.

Telfair - This 2,018 acre community is under development with homes priced from the $260s to the $600s. Ultimately, both residential and commercial development will be a part of the community, with retail, office, mixed-use, and residential sections scheduled. Planned amenities include three recreation centers with tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, trails, playgrounds, pools and splash pools.

Riverstone - A master-planned community under development that is over 3,700 acres, with over 6,000 homes and 18,000 residents anticipated. Home prices range from the $200s to over $1 million. Future plans include a golf course villa, a mixed-use development located on a lake, and riverfront recreation areas.
